August 2025 Newsletter
With much appreciation…
A big thank you to Mark Mansfield for his insightful and thorough CLE on “Contempt and Sanctions”. If you attended the session and did not receive the materials via email, please contact Reina .
We are beyond grateful to Judge Oppenheim, Judge Lobello and our “member volunteers” for helping to run Bring Your Kid To Court Day – pictures coming soon! And to Arena Collective and The Law Office of Kristen Stanley-Wallace, thanks for your incredible support and generosity in sponsoring Bring your Kid To Court Day for the second year in a row! Their commitment to our community shines through—not just in the coverage of event expenses, but also in the thoughtful give-aways and preparations. We could not have done any of it without the support of the judges, their court room staff and the administrative group, deputies and facilities crew at the Justice Center. With everyone’s contributions, we’ve been able to create a memorable experience that brings our community together in meaningful ways. We truly appreciate everyone’s dedication to supporting education, connection, and engagement across the profession. Thanks friends, you’ve made this event not only possible—but exceptional!
