Catherine is a life-long resident of Covington, Louisiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012. She then received her doctorate degree from Loyola University in 2016.

Her practice is throughout the State of Louisiana, though most of her work is concentrated in St. Tammany Parish. Catherine is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. She has been admitted to practice before the United States Eastern District Court of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is also a Notary Public for the Parish of St. Tammany.
