Zachary is a resident of Covington. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2013. He then received his juris doctorate degree from Southern University Law Center in 2017.

His practice is throughout the State of Louisiana, though most of his work is concentrated around the St. Tammany area.

Zachary is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Eastern District Court of Louisiana.
