Ms. Loque’s teaching objectives include addressing Public Speaking Skills for Lawyers, Effective Communication with Clients and Opposing Counsel, and Mediation Tips from a Mediator (AKA the things the mediator wishes you knew). If you are looking for ways to correct speaking flaws or habits, how to connect with your audience or tips on how to remain professional and honest when dealing with heated subjects or bad news on a case, then please join us! This presentation does encompass skills related to Rules 1.1-1.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and has been approved for 1 hour of professionalism credit.

• Lunch for Members & Non-Members: Lunch is at 12 noon and the cost of lunch is $40 for members and non-members. The lunch choices are – Rotisserie Beef Sirloin or Hummus Platter as the vegetarian option.
• CLE is from 12:30-1:30. Member’s cost is $20, non-member’s cost is $30
