The 22nd JDC Bar Association will be hosting our annual all day Family Law CLE on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Beau Chene Country Club, 602 N Beau Chene Dr, Mandeville, LA 70471. This seminar has been approved by MCLE for 7 hours of Family Law Specialization credit.

• 10:00 – 11:00 “Support Enforcement Court 101” presented by Panel of 22nd JDC Support Enforcement Staff
• 11:00 – 12:00 “Legislative and Case Law Updates” presented by 22nd JDC Hearing Officer Ernie Anderson
• 12:00 – 12:15 Lunch: Buffet Service and included in price of registration
• 12:15 – 1:15 “To Mediate or Not, That is the Question” presented by Mark Mansfield, Esq.
• 1:15 – 2:15 “Hope House: A Path to Justice for Child Abuse Victims” presented by Thomas Mitchell, CEO of Children’s Advocacy Center and Collin Sims, 22nd JDC District Attorney’s Office
• 2:15 – 3:15 “An Inside Look at Family Preservation and Juvenile Court” presented by Judge Gardner, 22nd JDC, Division “G”
• 3:15 – 3:30 Break
• 3:30 – 4:30 “Financial Planning Considerations for the Family Law Practitioner” presented by Andy Hoffman, CDFA®, Hoffman Divorce Strategies

For members, the cost of this CLE is $225.00, if paid before May 27th. If members pay after May 27th the cost is $250.00 and material will be emailed to you after the CLE. For non-members, the cost is $310.00. If you are not already a member of the 22nd JDC Bar Association and would like to join, please mail your membership form and $85 dues with the Family Law CLE Form below.
