He will discuss statutory penalties that the Judges may impose punishing litigants and attorneys if they run afoul of the Rules of Professional Conduct or other rules and statutes. He will also present various scenarios where professional courtesies and duties to clients may conflict and how to navigate those situations.  \n2025 LUNCHEON & CLE PRICING \n\nLunch for Members & Non-Members: Lunch is at 12 noon and the cost of lunch is $40 for members and non-members. DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Second Annual Bring Your Kid To Court Day\nFriday\, July 25\, 2025 \n \nMembers of the 22nd JDC Bar Association are invited to bring and accompany their child(ren) or family member between the ages of 6-18\, to spend the morning at the Justice Center in Covington! \nSORRY\, our 6-10 year olds category is sold out.
