YOUNG LAWYERS

I am honored to be working with the Young Lawyer Section again this year. I am presently working with our local Judges to schedule a Summer and Fall CLE.

I am especially pleased that Judge Martin Coady will be teaching our summer Professionalism and Courtroom Decorum CLE on Tuesday, August 27 at 12:00 in his own Courtroom in Covington. This CLE will offer a lunch and the opportunity for our young lawyers to learn proper courtroom decorum from one of our most experienced Judges and his courtroom staff – all while in the courtroom. This will be an excellent CLE and you won’t want to miss it.

The Fall CLE will be scheduled as soon as possible and that date and topic will be circulated later. Also, I intend to schedule a social this Fall for the young lawyers to meet one another and get to know each other and our respective practice areas.

Lastly, if you have been practicing for less than six years OR your associate has been practicing for less than six years, please contact me and get involved in the Young Lawyer Section. This is a fun section with great CLE and networking opportunities.
