Thank you to our June Zoom CLE speakers Patti Oppenheim, Jessica Karr and Damian Marinello who spoke on Zoom Etiquette.

The Family Law Chair, Shandy Arguelles, will host a Zoom CLE on July 17th, at 1 p.m. The speaker will be Andrew Hoffman and the topic will be “The Cares Act-Financial Opportunities and Challenges in Divorce.” We have applied for Family Law Certification for this CLE. The cost is $10; click on the link below to register and pre-pay. You must preregister and prepay to receive CLE credit. The deadline to register and pay is two hours prior to the CLE.

When you click on the link below to register and pay, you will receive a receipt that includes the link to join the Zoom CLE and the handouts for the CLE from Andrew Hoffman.

Register & Pay The July Monthly Zoom CLE will take place on July 24th, at 1 p.m. The speaker will be Craig Robichaux and the topic will be “Handling Virtual Mediations.” The cost is $10; click on the link below to register and pre-pay. You will immediately be sent the link to log in to the Zoom CLE on July 24th. You must preregister and prepay to receive CLE credit. The deadline to register and pay is two hours prior to the CLE. If you prepaid for the annual monthly CLEs please let Judy know you want to attend and she will send you the link.

Register & Pay By Order of the Supreme Court of Louisiana, the limitation on “self-study” credits (as defined in Rule 3(d) of Supreme Court Rule XXX) shall be increased to twelve and one half (12.5) hours annually. Carryover hours for 2021; however, are still limited to in person CLE attendance.
