This CLE has been approved for 1 hour of Professionalism AS WELL AS 1 hour of Family Law CLE credit.

Mr. Mansfield will present the ins and outs of professionalism in litigation, including the appropriate use of motions for sanctions and contempt. He will discuss statutory penalties that the Judges may impose punishing litigants and attorneys if they run afoul of the Rules of Professional Conduct or other rules and statutes. He will also present various scenarios where professional courtesies and duties to clients may conflict and how to navigate those situations.
