YOUNG LAWYERS
I would like to thank Judge Coady and his staff attorney, Mrs. Gallaspy, who both gave an excellent CLE on “Professionalism and Courtroom Decorum” this past Tuesday in Judge Coady’s own Courtroom. We especially enjoyed our luncheon in chambers with the Judge and his staff.

Our next Young Lawyers CLE will be on Wednesday, November 6th with Judge Scott Gardner. This CLE will be another good one, especially if you want to try your direct, cross, and redirect on Judge Gardner himself, who will give a CLE on Witness Examination Techniques in his own Courtroom. A short fact pattern will be distributed to all attendees who will then have an opportunity to conduct a witness examination on Judge Gardner based on the fact pattern. Space is limited to only 12 lawyers, so please click on the link below to RSVP and pay on-line.
