ODYSSEY eFileLA

The Clerk of Court of St. Tammany Parish will lead the state by using Tyler’s Odyssey case management system and e-filing solution. Tyler Technologies, Inc. signed an agreement with the Clerk of Court of St. Tammany Parish for Tyler’s Odyssey® unified case management system and e-filing solution. The St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court’s office is the first office in Louisiana to move forward with Odyssey. The solutions are expected to bring greater access to justice for St. Tammany Parish’s constituents. “I have been looking for a strong case management and e-filing solution since I came in to office a year ago. I kept hearing Tyler’s name from other jurisdictions and departments,” said Ms. Henry. “After meeting with Tyler, seeing their level of professionalism, and knowing their proven track record of successful implementations, we are confident their Odyssey solution will revolutionize the way we do business moving forward.” Tyler and the Clerk’s office will work together to achieve two main objectives: make their office’s processes more efficient and effective, and serve the public in a timelier manner. With e-filing, the Clerk’s office can electronically review and accept court case filing from litigants. By implementing both the case management and e-filing solutions, the Clerk of Court’s office will be able to enhance productivity internally, offer greater transparency to their constituents, and bring improved access to justice for their community. The Clerk of Court’s office will benefit from Tyler’s evergreen perpetual licensing approach that provides regular and significant, yet manageable, software enhancements without an additional relicensing fee, ensuring all systems are using the latest technology.

Clerk of Court, Melissa Henry will speak further on this matter at the All Day CLE on November 17th.
