CRIMINAL LAW
Those of you may or may not be aware that last year we added a Criminal Bar Section to the Bar Association. If you practice any criminal law, or are interested in learning criminal law, I invite everyone to join. Your annual bar membership covers the cost of joining the criminal law section. We will be holding CLE’s you may find informative, as we all often receive questions from family, friends and clients in the course of our practices. Attached is the bar membership form, please check the Criminal Law section if you wish to join this section and receive information regarding upcoming events and notices.

FAMILY LAW
Our All Day Family Law CLE is set for Friday, March 31st at the Southern Hotel in downtown Covington. I am excited about our venue and speaker lineup. This day will be full of informative CLEs for all family law practitioners. The Southern Hotel is a smaller venue than we have had in the past, and in order to prepare for food and seating, it is extremely important to register prior to March 24th. The registration form is attached.

ON LINE DIRECTORY
If you have not submitted your information to our online Attorney Directory, you are missing out on potential new clients. We continue to get requests for referrals and this is where we send them. But you must fill out the online form. If you have any questions contact Judy at judy@22ndjdcbar.org.
- The directory can be searched by name or practice area.
- The directory not only allows members to find members, but also allows attorneys outside of our area to find your contact information, and allows the general public looking for an attorney based upon practice area.
- The bar association receives many calls looking for an attorney, if you are not on the list you will lose out on this opportunity for new clients.
The Basic Listing is included in your annual membership dues, but you must be a member in good standing and fill out the online form.
In addition to the Basic Listing, we are pleased to offer a Premium Listing at the low cost of $50 per year. The Premium Listing includes the same information as the Basic Listing, plus a link to your website, map to your office, and a photo.
Please visit our directory to see the various possibilities.
