David Oriol is in the top 1% off U.S. trial lawyers. As a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum & Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he has earned membership to the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States.

David Oriol was born and raised in the New Orleans area.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University in 1999 where he majored in Accounting.  David graduated from the Louisiana State University Law Center in 2003 with a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law.

In addition to his private practice, David is an officer with the rank of Major in the United States Air Force where he works for the Louisiana Air National Guard.

David is licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana and is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Louisiana, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
